"We enjoyed our stay at The Companion hotel! The rooms are small, but designed well so that you still feel like you have plenty of space for storage and separation of bathroom ammenities. The gentlemen at the front desk were super friendly and helpful in giving recommendations. There is a great restaurant and bar located at the property and it is also conveniently located to the train station, making it easily accessible to everywhere in Vienna. Overall, this hotel is a great value!"

"The room and bathroom were clean. The common restroom on the first floor was not clean everytimecI used it. The staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. Since I did not have breakfast on site, I cannot comment on it. I would definitely recommend the hotel."

"Novotel Hauptbahnhof was truly perfect for a 5 night stay in Wien with my parents, where we needed easy access to the Hauptbahnhof and public transit. The D line is 3 mins away, and the train station is even closer. The staff here were incredible, warm, and helpful, the restaurant and especially the bar staff were amazing, and the property is a great value for the amenities, rooms, and the convenience. Our flight arrived in Wien early, and even though we were able to store our bags for a bit, our room was ready shortly before 10am. 10 out of 10, no notes!"

"Location is perfect, right next to Wien, but quiet. Room is very spacious with couch, full kitchen and big bathroom. 24 hours staff in reception. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, even let us check in early without charge."
