"Great room, super helpful staff, excellent airport hôtel easy 3 minute walk to airport"

"Room was clean, but they do not clean everyday up to 4 days at a go. One has to remind them at reception if they would prefer the room to be cleaned the next day. Although this was explained at the time of check-in, this is an extra step and not really optimal for a decent hotel."

"Great location on the main shopping street with a 10 minute walk to the center. Nice breakfast. 30m2 large rooms untypical for Vienna. Kitchenette in the rooms. Solid 4*."

"Tram is practically in front of the hotel; it is walking distance to the Belvedere castle and the Botanical Garden also the opera house; going to the airport is as easy as crossing the street as the train station (Rennweg bahnhof) is just around the corner. My room was very cosy facing the side of the botanical garden. Nice cookies and water treats for the guests in the front desk. Very highly recommended."
