"I stayed in the studio apartment with my kid, it was cosy and had everything we needed like a washing machine, cooker, fridge, tv and wifi. The building has a lift which was great especially with luggage. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is great as it’s very close to the beach and lastly the parking was good as it’s free on the opposite side however it does get full in the evening but luckily there are a few roads nearby which are all free :)"

"Positives: Great location on seaftont and close to the tennis tournament, parking bays close by. Negatives: lift out of order, not good if youre on top floor with luggage. Tiny shower room, could hardlymove in there without injuring yourself and the lights in there not working."

"This hotel has recently changed hands and has been refurbished throughout to a good standard. The staff were excellent - friendly and very helpful. The location is really convenient for the beach (which is directly opposite) Devonshire Park Tennis, theatres and Winter Garden - all just a short walk away. Several good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!"

"The View Hotel has fantastic seafront rooms which make the most of the view along the promenade from the pier along to the start of the South Downs. The room was clean and comfortable and in the morning the breakfast was very well set out for an efficient start to the day."
