"Property needs updating, and an exterminator likely. Huge spider in the room, asked for assistance and nobody bothered to come so had to kill the brown recluse myself. The lobby looks really nice. Should spend that money on room renovations and food upgrades. Had icecream that didn’t even melt. "The rooms need some upgrades. I'm glad that the old hotel carpeting was taken out and replaced with a laminate flooring. The sink faucets were very difficult to turn on and off. I needed to use both hands and it took all my strength. A magnifying mirror at the sinks would have been nice. The sheer drapes were gone and not replaced, so it was either the blackout shades or an open window that people could look into. The free breakfast was just that, a free breakfast.
