"Front desk was rude and disrespectful. After an unprompted interaction where we were left in shock, I felt uncomfortable and I would have walked out and cancelled altogether if I knew I would have gotten a refund. She had the biggest attitude and should never be allowed to work the front of the house or interact with customers ever. There’s a dozen hostels at the rim to choose from. I’ll be picking elsewhere from now on."

"The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms were decently clean. The beds were ok to sleep on and the breakfast was ok too.
What made this stay bad for us was first the noise. The people above us stomped around the entire time we were there. Why someone has to stomp around, back and forth, non stop all day is beyond me but enough that we called down to report it at 1am. It stopped shortly after so either they fell asleep or the staff handled it!
Then the next morning someone’s dogs were...
