"We arrived to a quick check in with staff holding open the doors for us and offering to help with our luggage. We arrived to a spotless room which was well furnished and comfortable. Dinner followed in the main dining room with a scrumptious meal including wine, salad, dessert and a unique main course. Returning to our room after a walk, we found the air-conditioning was not working. I let the front desk know and they sent someone immediately to fix the situation. Staff informed the General...

"Booked on line 3 months prior to stay. Check in is 3:00pm but unfortunately our room was not ready until 4:15pm. Staff was very apologetic and very polite about it but room was still ready upon arrival. Otherwise a great stay. Breakfast is fabulous. Bed and linens excellent quality."

"We like the property and have stayed there several times. It's our favorite property in Huntsville.
They have been building a new development adjacent to the property and the street has not been paved for several years which is a little annoying because its not even maintained properly and is full of potholes"

"We booked a king bed room, were informed when we got there that no king beds available. I asked about compensation for the difference and was told no. Hotel also had a kids baseball team staying there with kids banging around the halls at 10 pm with nothing done."
