"When I arrived at check in I was told that I had only reserved for 1 night. After showing my Expedia reservation that was paid in full I was told they will see what they could do as I (meaning me) made a mistake when booking the reservation. This was extremely upsetting as it was 8:00 PM and what was I supposed to do. Apparently, the Manager in the back had to become involved (never came out front) and they out of courtesy, gave me a room for my full stay. This never should have happened and...

"Great place for a vacation or staycation. Check in is a bit of a process and they will push you to try to do a timeshare presentation but they accepted when I said no 4x. The waterpark was nice, limited hours. The other pools are nice. Restaurants and food options close earlier than I would have liked but the drinks we did get were reasonably priced and delicious! Staff were friendly and the room was clean and well stocked. Well maintained, close to shopping and things to do. "

"Great location when visiting Universal Studios. Room was great for our family of 6. We rented a 2bd, and the unit had 3 full bathrooms which was great for when everyone was getting ready to go to the parks. The price was also very reasonable. "

"The rooms were very clean & equipped with every little item we were going to need in the kitchen/bedrooms/bedrooms. We also had washer/dryer to leave with clean clothes from our stay. I will definitely recommend this place for a family/friend getaway. "
