"I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel.
The owners are a wonderful husband-and-wife team—very kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They were always responsive and made us feel at home throughout our stay.
The room was spotless, and everything was exceptionally clean. The towels, bedding, and overall condition of the room were excellent. From a cleanliness and comfort standpoint, everything was perfect.
The only area that could be improved, in my opinion, is the mattress. This is...

"Got there at 7 p.m. after a long drive. Door on office locked. A sign gave two numbers to call...called them repeatedly.
Went for dinner in town. Called again...no answer at 9 p.m. Gave up and took another hotel.
They would not refund either.
Suggest you call ahead during the day to confirm arrangements.
I did not see in the room...number of stars on those items a guess from looking at the outside.
Low cost is nice as I was by myself and not that worried...but it did not work out."

"Trying to even find a place at the office to check in was nearly impossible without walking a staircase. Balcony and stairway in desperate need of upgrading. When entering the entrance carpet looked like there was mud and whatever else was on it. The entrance door was dirty. Do bad we left and got a room down the road for the same price. Was told I would not get my money back but it was worth it just to get out of there"
