"Admittedly we messed up on the process for self checking as we were confused by Hotels confirmation of our booking, However, we had no communication with the property owner between February when we made the booking and paid in full to the 72hrs before we were arriving. We notified the owner that we were travelling from Australia, provided flight details and an ETA for checking to the apartments. This was not acknowledged and we had no communication at all with the property. Even when we realised...
