Location was fantastic and the service was A*. Shout out to Loyel (apologies for the spelling mistake!) who was very friendly and helpful when I checked in. One very disappointing thing that simply ruined the entire stay - one was the noise. The room I stayed in backed onto a street, off of the river, lined with bars and restaurants. Granted it was a bank holiday weekend and the sun was out but for someone who needs sleep at a decent hour, it was horrendous. I did wonder why there were packets of foam ear plugs on the bedside tables. Improved window glazing and sound proofing may help with this issue.
