Very clean, comfortable and quiet room with good fridge. BBQ was unusable due to the filthy and rusty grill, but there are plenty of nearby options to eat, and downtown is only 10 minutes away. I'd definitely stay here again

This property was very conveniently relocated to the highway 401 and also to the river district which we were going to for a cruise. The property was very clean. The beds were comfortable the rooms spacious. Also the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again where I’m going to be in Windsor.

Room was clean and well-maintained. The blackout blinds were very good. Quite a bit of noise from outside, as the room I stayed in is close to the road (and has a lot of truck traffic heading to the Ambassador Bridge.)

Don’t judge a book by its cover. This was our 2nd time staying here and I would not hesitate to refer it to others. In fact we had 2 other groups with us this time that were surprised at the cleanliness and size of the rooms. You do not hear the traffic when you are in your room, which was a concern since you are so close to a busy road. Staff is very pleasant. Check in is quick and easy. We stayed 2 nights and our room was actually cleaned during our stay and we were given new towels. Bonus points for an area to sit outside and enjoy the weather.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable. Customer service was good. 2nd floor stairs not the easiest, WIFI spoty. Noise from air conditioner very loud, however worked well.

Beds are comfy. Rooms are always clean. We stay here at least twice a year when visiting family. Rates are really good. There was no lightbulb in bedside lamp and ceiling and walls could use some sanding and new paint. They also accommodate late check in, which is amazing and we can just go when we are ready for bed.
