"My family and I occupied a total of 9 rooms for the July 24th weekend for a family get together. Our consensus view is that the hotel was sufficient for a place to sleep & shower, but the guest rooms are in real need of attention. The staff were responsive and polite. The front desk staff are on site during the day and are virtual at night, available by phone or on screen in the lobby. The hotel is very close to shopping and in a business district.
