The property states that it has been newly refurbished, however the en suite facilities were covered in black mould and did not look clean at all, mould on window frames, ceilings and walls, we had to ask for another room due to the smell of dampness, not great for a child with asthma, glass bottle of water looked dirty around the top, we had booked two rooms and both were in the same condition, the owner stated that they didn’t know as they hadn’t been in the accommodation for a while, pretty poor and disappointing, tried to book local but next time well book with a well known company

This is more of a motel than a hotel. I don't have any major complaints other than that it's wrongly advertised as a 3-star hotel. No elevator, tiny showers and bathrooms, old, ratty carpet. Like I said, a motel.

We had a lovely room with a very comfortable bed. I do wish that there was a microwave in the room. The room was clean and bright and the staff were friendly and very helpful

Room was ok..quite large actually and the shower was good apart from the stained ceiling above it. There was a small hole in one of the walls. The fridge was incredibly noisy and no milk was provided with tea and coffee. Lots of noise from outside throughout the night - mostly traffic but the aircon for the pub was also noisy. Staff on arrival were great despite a computer problem but when I came to hand my key back in the morning, the main building was locked up and no staff were in evidence. I left my key in the door and drove away. Very strange.

Purtroppo, non c'è molto da dire. Struttura vecchia moquette sporca. Per il resto biancheria e servizi igienici abbastanza puliti . Materasso da buttare. Ho pagato trenotti ma alla se da me ne sono andato

The Prince Albert is a small boutique hotel with a bar and restaurant. The staff were friendly and anxious to help.

Lovely two night stay
Fantastic 2 night stay in close proximity to Windsor Castle and Legoland! Uber was only £8 into Windsor and into Legoland. Service was great, our room wasn’t ready on arrival but gave us two free drinks in the bar whilst we waited and our room was ready 10 mins later! Friendly service and great breakfast and evening meal in the pub! Would definitely come back.

Really helpful staff..made us feel welcome. Nice beer and obliging by letting us leave our gear when we booked out so we could venture into Winsor again. Would highly recommend.

The pub staff were all great, very friendly and happy to assist with our requests. Great easy off site parking. The room was best described as basic: smelled very musty probably due to no ventilation/fan in bathroom, no blackout curtains and window blinds needed repairs.No toilet roll holder and toilet paper was screwed in to the holes where it used to be.

Great place with everything you need!!!
Had a great stay,was greeted and taken up to our room by a lovely staff member who was polite and professional and was happy to answer our questions.Our room was a family room with clean white bed linen and towels ,room smelt and looked clean and fresh.Beds comfy had a great nights sleep.The Prince Albot is the perfect spot to visit legoland znd Windsor castle.We had our evening meal and breakfast,the food was well presented and cooked to perfection at a reasonable price.We will definitely be visiting again.

Great Location For what I required, Front facing room onto a main road so a little noisy, Room Clean and well furnished Bathroom a little tatty in shower area but otherwise clean. Bar and food very good if a little limited to choice. Host very pleasant and staff friendly.

1 star accommodation
At £85 a night we weren't expecting much but this is the worse place I have ever stayed. We were given ground floor disabled room and we are not disabled. The shower floor was filthy and covered in hair. Couldn't see manager but asked for another room and was told by bar staff that they didn't have any and just sent the cleaner back to wash floor. Made no difference as the stains on floor were due to blocked drain and water not running away. Inside door and skirting boards filthy, bed covers stained and towels worn out. we spent our 3 days out and never got to meet the owner/manager. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Friendly service, nice clean room with tea and coffee facilities and great shower. Had a great day out in Windsor and come back to enjoy a few beers and cocktails with really good live music. Breakfast also 1st class. Will definitely visit again
