"We checked in one day earlier, and we were told we would not have to move rooms. My husband told the gentleman at the front desk that we wouldn’t unload the car if we had to move the next day. Gentleman told him no we would not have to move. The next day while I was out with our granddaughter, my husband was called at 11:40 and said that he had to be moved and be out in 20 minutes. He is a disabled veteran and gets stressed when he has to do things in a quick amount of time. I was two hours away...

"Parking was fine and very close to Baylor. When we got to the room, the sheets were stained. Headed to the bathroom and only had two towels and one washcloth even though we indicated 4 people would be staying in that room. Our other room had no shower curtain and when we called for one the staff handed us the curtain and walked away expecting us to hang it ourselves. "

There was spit in the elevator, a pile of human poop in the parking lot, and people were throwing trash out of the windows. Regardless of how “cheap” it may be, I would not stay here again."
