"Opponent arrival, I used the lobby restroom, which had flies and bugs in it. The furniture in the lobby was filthy and worn out. I arrived an hour early and they said they still had not cleaned the room yet so I said I would gladly wait. Upon a visual inspection of the room after they cleaned it, it had been hastily done. Sheets were not changed and everything reeked of some industrial cleaning fluid. Expedia did give me a $25 return of my money that I used on an alternate hotel that evening. They said they couldn’t issue a full refund because of the hotels policy. This place is filthy unsafe and in a bad location. Feral cats were roaming the neighborhood. The stairways were full of cigarette butts and dirt. Unsafe and unsanitary in every way."

"This hotel is terrible - do not book! We booked two rooms for two nights and we were disturbed by noise from other guests on both nights. The noise came from two separate rooms. On the first night, we range Guest Services but our calls remained unanswered. The next morning we requested new rooms due to the noise disturbance but were told the hotel was fully booked. We asked Guest Services to speak with the guests making noise but this did not happen and the same guests disturbed us with noise late and night and early into the morning. We complained at check out and were told that the hotel would waiver "amenity charges" - however, these charges actually related to amenities that were listed as included in the Expedia booking. The hotel rooms are not clean and poorly maintained, and sound proofing is bad. We cannot recommend this hotel."

"The hotel stay was fine. I wouldn’t say it was anything exceptional with the staff was very helpful and kind. The casino leaves a lot to be desired. They seemed understaffed, so it was difficult to get much service there."

"The inside of the facility was well maintained. But there were several cats hanging around the front entrance. When going in or out, the cats would try to enter the building, I'm not into animals. This wasn't a good look for me."

"Lovely old building in need of a lot of upkeep The ceiling over the bath was actually collapsing in Room was spacious but might be time to replace bedding with a fresh rooms and discard the blanket Breakfast was a non event Toaster didn’t work staff said oh only half works Cloches were empty - they were on but no food in them Lots of confusion with our server We couldn’t find the food and she said you can only have 3 things on menu ? We asked how much to order more items and she had no idea"
