We had such an issue with towels. Day 1, had to ask 4 times to get towels. Finally, by around 7pm, we got some. Next day, we only had to ask twice but same scenario. We had a clogged toilet as well on the first night.

This is not a Hotel. It is primarily rental apartments. There is no reception desk. You have to call someone to come to the site to assign your room. The rooms are just that - a very small room with a very hard bed. I’d equate it to a motel 6 or a college dorm.
