"Rooms are not well soundproofed. Location is excellent. Breakfast was great but finishes too early at 09.30. Staff friendly. Once the entire hotel is refurbished it could be amazing!"

"A clean quiet hotel in a good location about 15 minutes walk along the promenade from the centre of Swanage. Staff are very helpful. Serves breakfast and dinner and has a spa in the basement and pleasant beer garden right above the beach. The parking is very limited and the only other downside is that the bed is one of the least comfortable (/older?) that I have slept in."

"The breakfast was okay and always look forward to it throughout my stay. The always cleaned and tidy up the room always. The stafff was friendly and welcoming. The breach view was superb.

"Yes breakfast great. The room was clean and changed each day. Staff excellent friendly throughout.Beach view fantastic!"

"The staff were very helpful,and if you wanted anything they were there to help,Room was clean but dated,could do with a little tender care,shower was ok,it was quiet through the night,breakfast was the best we have had for a long time bar was good could do with a couple extra beers on tap ,"
