"The Alpen Chalets were very good - clean, lot of space for 3 adults. Service was great in the Restaurant Senger and the food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Senger for nearly 5 days and we liked the food. Spa with massages is also very good. In general excellent experience. This was our 3rd visit during Christmas times and we like it here."

However, I did not rate the hotel as excellent as when we came to pay the receptionist did not allow us to pay separately by charging our debit cards by 50% each but divided it as per invoices with 3 nights on one person and 2 nights on another person. Last time the receptionist gave us the option of paying 50% each."
