We’ve stayed seven times over the last 5 yrs (when driving from Utah to Oregon). Usually clean & quiet (unless near elevator on a busy night - or on the freeway side). Best feature: courteous, approachable staff. Most unfortunate experience: no TV service on our recent (April 29, 2024) stay. Thanks!

Here we have an average, somewhat reasonably priced hotel in a noisy location off the interstate. There is an indoor pool but, sadly, no hot tub. Free breakfast is ok, better than many others. The negatives: my toilet needed attention and ran during the night. The room fridge wouldn't get my waters nice and cold. The bathroom hand soap was bolted to the wall far from the sink under lock and key. Is this what "going green" means?! A little bar of soap next to the sink woulda been nice! Staff was cordial though, and knocked off a few bucks for broken toilet and fridge...

The rooms are all updated and amazing. We have stayed at this hotel for years due to the indoor pool for our kids but this time the rooms were so great.

Property looks nothing like the photos. Our bedroom was completely bare other than two lamps and a chair with the two beds. It’s almost like someone stripped the room. The walls had holes and scratch marks on them, and the room was not comfortable.

Late check in at midnight. Sign on desk to call number to get service. The check in person did not smile. When he returned me ID and CC he just tossed them on the counter one by one. Took more effort than just to to hand them to me. Never told me check out time or that there was breakfast. Not a good check in experience.

out-of-order elevator.
I am 80. we stay here because the hotel is next to the Tesla Supercharger. Twice, once on a previous trip, the elevator has been broken. This time some very helpful maintenance guys helped us with our bags. The receptionist said the elevator is often out of order. Since this is one of the more expensive hotels in Winnemuacca, this is inexcusable . The recent renovation is nice.

Phone was broken. No microwave, kurig, or art in the wall. Bathroom door had a hole and the floors were dirty.. I was to tired to move. 190 for 8 hours of just gross.

Kinda dirty (tub needs to be fixed, hair ball in corner missed during cleaning). Lots of broken stuff (no drain stop for tub, door barely works, one of the outside doors to get in hotel didn’t work, no cord for phone and had to use cell phone). Loud Spanish music. Walls are super thin, could hear tv from next door and alarm going off (had to call front desk).

Great hotel, broken elevator
Everything was great when we checked in. Very clean and beds were sooo comfortable! The Mexican restaurant next door was perfect so we didn’t have to drive again for dinner. However we left at 7 am and the elevator was broken! On the 3rd floor no notice, no assistance with luggage. Had to get help from another kind traveler. I had seen on reviews this was an issue and called before we booked and told it was working again. Everyone seems to be booked on the third floor so no good! Evidently the only elevator repairman is in Reno.

It had easy walking distance to go to McDonald's and 2 gas stations in the area that you could go to, to get food or gas.

Elevator was broken for the entire stay. I was on the 3rd floor. Because elevator was broken, trash was piled up on the 3rd floor and not disposed of over the three day period.
