"Everyone there was so kind. I arrived before check-in and the person at the desk seemed genuinely distressed that she had to make me wait a little bit. It was only 15 or 20 minutes. Everything looks clean and nice. The food from the restaurant was good. It’s very safe and centrally located to everything. I will definitely stay again. "

"Great property and location. Very well staffed with high quality people. Penthouse restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and cocktails and food are very nice. My overall start was excellent. Only thing I would caution people about are the extra fees. There is a $40/day “amenity fee” which was not explained at check-in. This is added to your bill regardless if you use any amenities. Also, parking is expensive. $68/day. Other than that, very nice place. "

"The hotel is beautiful and the employees are super friendly. They do automatically add an 18% onto your bill for dining. Los Angles has defiantly become full of closed down stores, no police anywhere, the smell of urine on the sidewalks, empty stores that once attracted large amounts of tourists. I will not be returning to California ever again."
