"Good, free breakfast was not really a breakfast, they had Bagels,cereal,fruit and croissants. Please have actual breakfast. I understand adults eat those items once in a while to re-live child hood, but as an Adult I would like some REAL breakfast. That was a big disappointment. All the money they make from the Valet should go strait to BREAKFAST items! Please do better"

"Great location! Walkable to the pier, restarants and souvenir shops! Great items to borrow. Beautiful lobby area with that fire always going. Expensive valet/overnight parking and our hallway smelt like wet dog."
"Property is in a good location for the parks and has a good restaurant and bar. Biggest issue for me was my room backed on to the lift shaft which meant I had a very noisy stay and trouble sleeping. I asked for a room change but hotel was full and staff really didn’t care."
"Stayed here for a Universal Studios trip with my partner. Hotel was in walking proximity to the park and even included a free shuttle. Parking fee was a little expensive and we didn't try any other amenities, but we enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Will stay here again."
