We had booked a room with two queen beds but were given one with a single king bed and a couch instead. After informing the staff of the mistake, they simply told us to pull out the couch and use it as a bed—without providing proper bed sheets or blankets. It took nearly an hour for someone to bring blankets, by which time we were already trying to sleep.
To make things worse, there was loud drilling from roofers in the middle of the night, which went on for almost three hours. We called twice to complain, but the noise continued and completely disrupted our sleep.
When we shared our concerns with the receptionist the next morning, she barely acknowledged us and continued focusing on her work, showing no interest in addressing the issue. We simply returned the room cards and left. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone.
