The Fort Garry Hotel, Spa and Conference Centre, an Ascend Collection Hotel
I've stayed in this hotel many times but was stuck in the central rooms (605) and all I heard was the stupid elevators going all night. Luckily, I was very tired from a long day. Just make sure if you stay they, be in the outside rooms.
