The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The rooms were very clean and well laid out. There was a refrigerator and a coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the lighting in the bathroom wasn't bright enough. The staff was very welcoming and offered us bottles of water when we checked in. The breakfast was quite adequate and the staff kept the area well stocked. The coffee was good and there was a choice of half and half, 2% milk or Silk. if I were to visit the area again, i would stay here.

Their front desk employees were two of the nicest people I have ever encountered at a hotel. A female checked me in and a male checked me out, and they both actually acted like they wanted to be there and made me feel welcome — I was impressed!

My dad travels a lot for work and mostly stays at Fairfield. My husband and I ended up taking his recommendation after an awful experience with Hyatt. The beds were super comfy, hotel was clean and the staff was so nice! It was a really great experience especially after a 10+ hour drive on the road. We 10/10 recommend!

I always stay at this hotel when traveling to Winston-Salem. The staff is awesome from the front desk to the dining rooms and cleaning staff! But my favorite part is that the beds are really comfortable and I always get a good night sleep. I always enjoy the breakfast that has a lot of options to choose from including hot items and waffles. They also had gluten free blueberry muffins a couple of the days I was there! I really love this place! Thank you Fairfield for another great stay!
