"Bloody q-tip on window sill, I go politely and say multiple brown stains or smears on towel with a fowl smell, what appeared to be blood stains on blanket, AC unit was loud and made noises all night, and didn’t even cool the room temperature. Alerted the staff in the morning and expected some sort of contact or something, just a well look into it and nothing. Was looking at this hotel as a possible recommendation for wedding guests for an upcoming event, is definitely going on the do not stay...

"Was very disappointed! Photos on web site were very misleading. Was not told housekeeping was by request! On third day we requested housekeeping/water/towels and we're assured housekeeping would do our room at 10:00am, returned at 3:00pm and room had not been touched! Went to front desk and was told they did not have a request for housekeeping! The 20 foot wide "beach" between two concrete side walls was mostly seaweed and filthy! The sunsets however were beautiful ! Would not recommend."
