Our kids had a blast. The food was ok the drinks were very expensive. The atmosphere was cool. We stayed on the Adventure floor so we had a “party in the elevator” every time we took the elevator. We did go for spring break. It was crowded but there was plenty of room for everyone. It’s walking distance to the amusement/water park. All in all a good time. I wouldn’t stay longer than 2 days.

Legoland was the best decision we ever made. If it weren’t for them our vacation would have been absolutely ruined. Expedia completely screwed up our bookings. We arrived after a an entire day of airports. Staff couldn’t have been better. The next day we woke up to a phenomenal breakfast only to find out Expedia never sent over our theme park tickets. After standing in front of Legoland for over and hour with two autistic sons and my disabled wife who’s confined to a wheelchair, their representative who I was on the phone with after lying to me about being on the phone with the hotel eventually transferred me to an airline and hung up on me. Never again. The hotel staff ended up covering our tickets for the coming days and took care of everything. Thank you so much Legoland! And Expedia…NEVER AGAIN!!!

Overall, we liked our stay. We enjoyed everything Lego and we made great memories. There are a few things that need serious improvement though, starting with the Bricks restaurant. For starters, we are extremely upset that we paid $100 for buffet style food that was clearly sitting there all day. Not one selection of it was decent. We tried to love it but we were only able to stomach 1 bite of what we got and actually got sick. It was truly an awful dining experience and it seems like even the workers know it’s bad

We stayed here for the convenience of location to Legoland. Our room was the Adventure room. It was at the very end of the hallway and looked like it hadn't been used in awhile. The shelves were dusty and the bathtub even had dust in it. The room was pretty dark. The bed was relatively comfortable. It is an older hotel that could use a refresh. The disco elevator was fun for the kids. Breakfast was good but the floor around the tables was very dirty. We left an item behind and were very pleased when it was found and returned to us (for a hefty price) but we were very happy to get it back. Very difficult to contact this property by phone. Communication online or via text is strongly encouraged/preferred by the property.

This is a place for kids! Our kids loved it! Parents bring earplugs for the nightly lobby party. Saturday night was definitely louder than Sunday or Monday. The food is expensive and does not include a lot of healthy options. To access the hotel, you must enter Legoland theme park parking entry gate and leave the same way. You kind of feel trapped. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning (included with the room rate). At breakfast you have to ask for yogurt, fruit, cereal, or oatmeal if you want it. The fruit was not as fresh, but the other options were tasty. There is a Publix nearby which helped for snacks. The hotel has water bottle refill stations & the park has Coke refill stations that give free cold water. Evenings we used the nearby Golden Corral - it offered cheaper buffet style food, more selection, and many more fruit/veggie offerings. Another night we ate at Moes nearby, it was okay. We had no trouble exiting or reentering parking after the park closed (5 pm when we were there). In the park we ate at the pizza and pasta place - they had a great salad bar and a variety of pastas. Pizza selection was limited, but covered the basics (cheese, meat, pepperoni, veggie). We did eat lunch one day at the Skyline in the hotel. It was good food, but not a lot of healthy side options. Alcohol in the hotel was about $10 for 16 ounce beer, $14 for mixed drinks. Anytime we had a problem they fixed it for us. Daily towel exchange was slow due to daily cleaning timing.

Great stay the hotel room was super cute and clean. Fun rides. Food was delicious the only down side was you can’t take your leftover food back to your room for a late night snack. Otherwise, great time. I’m already being ask when we can go back.

This was our first visit to Legoland, and the kids loved it. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It is clearly set up for kids with Lego everywhere. We went in February, and the hotel was very quiet, which was nice. The walk from the hotel to the theme park is less than 2 minutes.

First they tried to put me in a room way in the back of the place, i asked to be switched to another room. The second room, the heat didn't really work. Then they never told me that it was a $33.00 nightly parking fee. I will never go back there to stay.

We had the absolute best time at the Legoland Pirate Island Hotel with my two little boys (5 and 7). The lobby is so much fun (they loved playing in the castle with other kids and building lego), we enjoyed the PJ Dance Party at night and a little show before that. The decor is perfect for any kid - especially for those that love pirates. Our boys were blown away and so excited for their bunk beds and little mini room “on their own”. The hotel doesn’t get enough credit — of course it’s not a 5-star, the food isn’t the best in the world but it’s absolutely perfect for families. The staff are incredible and attentive. If you go into it from a kids perspective, you know they’ll remember it forever! Bathrooms have kid-height sinks/dryers and our room even had a built in potty seat for anyone who wanted to use it! The kids loved the treasure hunt as soon as we got in the room and the interactive elevators. The breakfast in the morning was perfect too! It was served family style and everyone got exactly what they needed! Loved this experience! It’s one we’ll never forget
