"The stay was overall great! The guy at the pool bar was rude to us two days in a row. I don’t understand why he acted that way. I also believe his energy was rubbing off on the young lady that was helping him!! She started acting kind of rude and overwhelmed as well. Louis at the front desk was friendly and very nice. The room was ready and he accommodated us with an early check in. I will definitely be staying here again with my family "

"The hotel offers excellent storage space and a functional kitchenette. The pool area was a great spot to relax while waiting for the room, and the staff, especially Jailene, were incredibly welcoming. The hotel is also a short Uber ride to Universal, making it convenient for theme park visits. The only downside was the proximity of the rooms, which sometimes allowed for noise from neighboring rooms."

"i rarely do reviews but we loved this property so much i feel is under rated. we love the cleanliness and how spacious it was. it was very comfy. they provide with plenty of towels and many basic necessities. the only negative comment is the resort fees. $45 for 2 night just because? and the deposit at least i understand i will get it back. but i already paid my 2 nights. why further spending? but i will definitely reconsider when traveling to Orlando. Good choice "

"The unit was really nice and clean. The only drawback was that over the 7 days that we stayed we saw and killed 3 cockroaches. "

"I Stayed here for a week, me and my 7 year old. We had the"luxury condo with a lake view". From my understanding not all units are owned and managed by Enclave hotel & suites, some are individually owned which is what I had. So it seems experience may vary because of that. I am writing this as a single mom, on a budget, and just needed a decent place to lay my head, a kitchen, and to fly home with all clean clothes. I was not looking for a true luxury experience.
