We've been to this property a good few times now and have never been disappointed. Breakfast is perfect, rooms are perfect the outlook is perfect. Always happy to stay here

Very friendly staff, and they have their private parking. No need to reserve. They are situated near a tunnel under the centre of Winterberg, so if you walk up the side of the tunnel you are right in the centre! And the hotel is really near the main road. Very convenient.

This hotel offers such a high level of quality and service. Staff are so kind, attentive and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant two evenings and enjoyed fine dining on both. Swimming pool, sauna and jakuzzi are so heavenly to relax after a ski-day. Fireplace is awesome with real wood. We will definitely come back.

This is a great place to stay as a base for your Winterberg ski trip. Apartments are basic but large, bright and fairly comfortable (although beds are hard!) The view from our apartment was lovely and there’s a great balcony where you can sit and eat/sunbathe if the weather is good. Staff are generally very helpful. The wok restaurant is good. The best thing about this place though is the great spa, lovely indoor pool and really atmospheric, cool big hot tubs outside in the snow! Very good...

A wonderful hotel in a stunning location, lots to do in the surrounding area, lovely cosy bar at the hotel. Great for couples and families alike.Rooms very clean and comfortable. Only -minor!- complaint is no tea/coffee in the rooms. Fabulous hotel at bargain price.

Great service, really friendly staff at reception. Our floor was being renovated so it looked a bit messy, and the cleaner came in the room about 10 am when we were still there getting dressed up.... but apart from that really good hotel! also nice area to go on walks and hikes.
