This hotel offers such a high level of quality and service. Staff are so kind, attentive and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant two evenings and enjoyed fine dining on both. Swimming pool, sauna and jakuzzi are so heavenly to relax after a ski-day. Fireplace is awesome with real wood. We will definitely come back.

Very nice staff! Breakfast was with €62,-- for two over the top. One bread roll and one slice of bread each, which were not fresh by the way, and only little selection of things to put on. A body lotion would have been nice in the delux room for that money! However otherwise we enjoyed the stay! Lovely area and people!

We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad. Helaas konden we door noodzakelijk onderhoud niet volledig gebruikmaken van de spa, wat uiteraard jammer was. We begrijpen dat onderhoud soms nodig is om alles goed en veilig te laten functioneren. Verder was de ervaring prima en de service vriendelijk. Hopelijk is de spa bij een volgend bezoek weer volledig beschikbaar!

Der Preis war super, zwei Personen mit Frühstück 100 €. Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und wird stückchenweise renoviert. Das Frühstück war top. Ich fahre schon seit 30 Jahren in das Berghotel Astenkrone, es war immer sehr familiär und man fühlte sich super aufgehoben. ( aber zu einem ganz anderen Preis.). Es ging die Jahre auch immer mehr abwärts. Und jetzt geht leider das familiäre verloren, aber dafür preiswert. Ich gehe einmal davon aus, dass es langsam wieder aufgepäppelt wird, aber für eine andere Kundschaft, etwas moderner und einfacher. Mich persönlich störte es, dass jede Bestellung separat abgerechnet wurde und nicht auf eine Sammelrechnung, die am Ende der Reise beglichen wird. Aber vielleicht hatten in der Vergangenheit, die Gäste die Rechnung geprellt und man möchte in Zukunft das Ganze besser machen. Alles hat seine Zeit. Das Essen im Restaurant ist einfach und teuer. Meine Empfehlung Zimmer mit Frühstück und außerhalb essen gehen. Auf meinem hochgeladenen Bild befindet sich Kibling mit Pommes und Sauce für 21 €.

Gezellig hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Leuk zwembad. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Wel veel lawaai van verkeer. Familiesuite was ruim, netjes, wel ontzettend gedateerd. Nadeel was dat het erg heet was op de kamer. Na een slapeloze nacht gevraagd om een ventilator, die hadden ze niet. Voor de rest prima verblijf gehad.

Erg fijne accommodatie. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en ze blijven zich verontschuldigen voor bepaalde zaken omdat ze pas overgenomen zijn door Fletcher. Jammer dat er geen airconditioning is maar verder heeft het alle faciliteiten incl. mooi zwembad/whirlpool en sauna. We hadden last van veel mieren op de kamer maar er werden direct lokdoosjes geplaatst (maar die hielpen nog niet echt) . Wij hadden met onze kleinkinderen de familiekamer geboekt. Mooie grote kamer met een aparte aangrenzende kamer voor de kleintjes met aparte bedden (geen stapelbedden). Mooie ruime badkamer met douche en dubbele wastafel. Tevens hadden we een groot dakterras. Al met al erg fijn hotel met een goed ontbijt.

Ich habe ein Luxuszimmer gebucht, aber es entsprach leider überhaupt nicht meinen Erwartungen. Das Zimmer sah nicht wie auf den Bildern aus und verfügte über keine Klimaanlage. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es eine Klimaanlage nur im Empfangsbereich gibt, jedoch nicht in den Zimmern. Nachdem ich mich beschwert hatte, bekam ich ein anderes Zimmer, das frisch renoviert war. Allerdings war der Außenbereich noch nicht fertiggestellt. Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts deutlich zu wenig Personal vorhanden. Das Abendessen wurde bereits um 21 Uhr beendet, was für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie eher früh ist. Beim Frühstück waren wir pünktlich, trotzdem waren viele Speisen bereits leer. Nach meiner Beschwerde erklärte man mir, dass nur eine Köchin im Einsatz sei und diese völlig überfordert war. Am Ende wurde zwar nachgelegt und wir bekamen, was wir wollten, die Auswahl blieb jedoch sehr begrenzt. Auch die Anzahl der Handtücher im Zimmer war zu gering. Wir haben erfahren, dass das Hotel erst vor wenigen Tagen von einem neuen Betreiber übernommen wurde. Das könnte die personellen Engpässe erklären. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Dame an der Rezeption, die sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht war. Ich war bereits vor einigen Jahren in diesem Hotel und damals begeistert. Deshalb war ich dieses Mal leider enttäuscht. Ich hoffe, dass sich die Situation nach der Übernahme bald verbessert.

Sehr schönes Hotel

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten, das Abendessen war spitze, Frühstück ebenfalls top. Zusätzlich war bei uns das Frühstück gratis. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Parkplatz kostenfrei am Hotel.
