"Clean and new"

"The hotel is pet friendly but they did not advertise anywhere that there was an additional fee for my dog. Would like to have known up front. "

"Elevator abruptly stopped working while we were in it we were stuck between floors it was very hot front desk promised a discount for the inconvenience and the delay of the arrival of fire department upon check out there was no discount. After the elevator failure we were uncomfortable using it again and stuck to the stairs I really wish front desk would have been true to their word and honored the promised discount "

"We stayed as it was an historic motel and thought it would be interesting. The patio table/chairs outside the room were very dirty. Inside the tub did not have a stopper, the sink was clogged and the lamp next to the bed did not have an outlet. The room was large and spacious. The bed was comfortable but the noise from the street was very loud. "

"There were mosquitoes in our room. I got bites. This may be a little hard to control. Breakfast was edible, but not great. Staff are friendly. Pool is clean. "

"Staff was nice! first room had a water leak. They couldn’t give us a new room so I had to stay in that room because everything is booked next day. They gave us a new room that room wasn’t clean yet. Then they gave us another room in that room the door didn’t lock."

"Pros: king bed was very comfortable and the room was large. Good lighting. Check in staff was friendly. Small and likely "family run" hotel which we love, but sadly, SO MANY reasons to not stay here. Cons: Dirty. Dirty everywhere except the sheets, mini-fridge, and microwave. Filthy floor. Swept, but not mopped. Black socks after walking around the room for 5 minutes. 2 guests in room and we were left with 3 towels. No wash cloths, no hand towels, no bath mat, no anti-slip mat for shower. No...

"The hotel is right off the freeway. It looks like it’s rather new. Very very nice looking rooms. Seems like plenty of space and the staff is very nice. One thing I would suggest if you use bar soap for you need to bring your own cause they don’t only have the pump soap and lotion in the bathroom. I’ll give it a thumbs up and if I ever go to Yuma again I will be staying there."

"Older hotel.The best part was the breakfast, you can make your own waffles which was a plus, and a omelet station. The room did not look updated. smelled old, mosquitos all over the room especially the bathroom, dead bugs by the window, dirty carpet and old popcorn and a sock on the floor behind the bed, old mattresses that were semi comfortable. We booked 2 nights and ended up staying for one only."

"I understand it is only a $60 hotel but it was very bad. Staff was great nothing wrong with that side of things but the room was awful. The door has gaps you see through and multiple bugs on the floor. Everything was extremely old and gross. Wouldn’t stay here again."
