We did not have a German number and did not have a way to reach the property management. After more than an hour of waiting outside the building, someone helped us call the property and that’s how we got in. Also, there’s no cleaning facility provided. "Terrible place. Avoid at all costs. Clean but its run by robots. Totally over automated and difficult to get into. Its like a sadistic puzzle. No staff on hand. Caretaker man is vey helpful but agrees with guesta that it is a terrible place. Residents wandering around in the foyer, asking each other where everything is ,and how this works and how that works. Designed by robota who have never me a human from Planet Earth. Avoid this place."
