"I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel.
I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay."

"We booked 2 rooms. Rooms were dirty. Carpet looked really old and stained . Sheets were itchy. AC was centralized but was broken. They offered fans 😃. Staff barged in and out of the room using their own key while we were in there. No privacy. Felt so unsafe. We checked out after an hour."

"The (hotel's) kettle for coffee & tea does not fit in any of the power outlets in the room. I assume this is a good way to save up a little on coffee and tea bags... It is definitely on purpose, and so disappointing to see how cheap the management is."

"The hotel's design is nice and modern. Rooms are very clean. But the rooms are far from comfortable to stay in. There is no air conditioning in this very modern hotel.
Also, there are hardly any electrical sockets in the room, and the ones that there are are in odd places, making it hard to charge and work with laptops."
