"The stay was excellent. However, we did not receive the Expedia Platinum member 20% benefit on food purchased and charged to the room. Upon checkout, we were advised that we would have needed to personally request the serving staff to reflect the 20% discount prior to settling the bill for the hotel's breakfast. The associate at the reception dest claimed that he was not able to apply this discount when we checked out ... disappointing!"
