"The hotel/facility was as described, nothing special but fine, check-in was easy and simple, however I made a mistake when booking (e.g., selecting 1 adult per room rather than 2) which resulted in additional charges during check out.
However, the additional charges removed the booking fees from Hotels.com which resulted in a higher open amount. I reached out to Alpine Lodge which they promptly responded but then stopped communicating and did not fix the error after 3 weeks. This resulted in...

"We had a really lovely holiday in Ischgl. The apartment was very nice, clean, and in a great location, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Communication with the host was excellent — very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our holiday. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again!"

"The owner was not responsive to multiple messages or phone calls for several hours the day of our arrival, which was very stressful not knowing if we would even be able to access the rental when arriving late in the evening with children. I made the reservation several weeks ago. It would have been very easy to simply give me a different number to contact on the day of our arrival, or provide the access code in advance.
The pictures on the listing did not match the property. I chose this rental...
