Check in process was fast and efficient Matt was our check in person he was very friendly and informative. Fernando is also amazing , friendly and courteous….. rock on Matt and Fernando you r great at what u do !!!!😁"

"Check-in was great and our rooms were nice and big. Door to the bathroom wouldn't close properly or stay closed, even if locked. Breakfast was listed for 6:30 but when we came down the lights were out and nothing was available. Called and were told to wait an hour!! We didn't have to wait quite that long, but there weren't many options. We booked almost three months in advance, so it's not like they didn't know we would be there with 12 people."
