"A hotel in a college area. It is old and has not been upgraded or remodeled in a very long time. I am happy to save $25 per night with outdated decor. The sheets and towels are clean. "Its a nice affordable option for The Dells. Nothing too fancy but great location and good value. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant directly across has great food, music and outside seating. I would stay here again. "

"Unfortunately, the room we reserved was not handicapped accessible, even though my phone call to the property seemed to indicated that we could navigate to our room. We ended up having to forfeit our kitchenette room. But the proximity to the waterfront was wonderful. We couldn't navigate to the actual beach due to a rocky barrier, but the view from our balcony was wonderful and the sound of the waves was music to our ears.
