"Guests get a voucher at check in for a few free choices for breakfast and the food is delicious and generous portions. The view of the lake is 5 star."

"Great location. Great breakfast. Upon leaving, I asked the front desk lady about their themed rooms. I didn't realize they had themed rooms. She simply said - yes, we have themed rooms. I stood there for 25 seconds waiting for more but she just walked away. So not sure what their themed rooms are about. Quiet property. Pool was overcrowded and hot tub is small but overall it was a good option. I would stay again."

"Clean rooms and friendly staff. Good breakfast- make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, toast. Only negative is that the mini fridge did not keep cool."

"Waffles for breakfast are good. Pool area is messy and look dirty. Staff closed pool 20 min before time as well. Outside trash was overflowing from both days there. Morning breakfast staff was awesome but second and third shift staff weee rude."

"The room was clean and there is good hanging and storage. The facility is very well managed. They have a laundry room and coffee bar. Have stayed several nights and sleep like a baby- comfy bed!"

"Worst Hotel you could possibly stay at in Oshkosh. We booked a room for an employee. We forgot to change to name to him. Hotel contacted us to rebook to change the name. They charged us for 2 separate rooms, and refuse to refund the 2nd room. Worthless pieces of trash."

"There is no elevator in this hotel and it’s not listed they don’t have one. I had elderly people that had a rough time with the steps with me and they were fully booked so they couldn’t put us on the lower level."
