"Clean room and breakfast/ entry area. Updated bathroom and clean. I was in room 105, and every time the air conditioner would kick on. It made a horrible mechanical noise all night long. Breakfast was good and well taken care of waffles, sausage, the usual. Did not use the pool or hottub, the pool seemed to be rather small, but there. Didn't sleep very well because of that mechanical?Noise all night."

"My review of each category is a result of poor management decisions. Almost 8 weeks ago I booked 2 rooms and inadvertently selected the wrong checkout. I called the property within an hour. They refused cancel my reservation and they could not accommodate my additional day request. Poor poor poor."

"Beautiful building, loved the balcony overlooking the river. Large room, very clean. The bed wasn’t the comfiest and I wasn’t a fan of the bed pillows but all and all loved the design of the hotel and the breakfast was a nice touch. Close to so many things. Sheboygan is such a cute town. We will def stay there again ❤️"

"The bed was comfortable. The shower was very good. We had a one bedroom suite, nicely decorated and plenty of room. Plenty of parking. Breakfast is the main reason fir a lower score. Day one, burned eggs, inedible. Second day, just as bad, plus a second egg dish that looked terrible. Third day we didn't even go down for breakfast . Fourth day, we left the night before and didn't check out until I called from home at 11 am to checkout. I figured I'd have to go round and round with...

"The front desk staff and cleaning crew were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub areas were very clean and the continental breakfast was standard fare but very nice. The bed was very comfortable, and we required a roll-away bed which they produced without hesitation. You can tell this family takes great pride in their business. We’d absolutely stay here again."
