"The self check in didn't feel as welcome as a live person. While staff came in to replace used coffee pods and to take a used washcloth, the room was not vacuumed, the garbage was not emptied, and the washcloth was not replaced. We had dzero live contact with any staff. There appeared to be only one other occupied room."

"The room was clean. I had to plug everything in when I arrived. I was so excited to go sit in the hot tub after my long trip only to discover it hadn’t worked in over 2 years! Very disappointing so if that is a must for you, don’t book this hotel. The free breakfast was a bunch of cereal that looked a couple months old the usual waffle maker and packaged pastries. Very unappetizing. Overall, it was quiet and I never saw any staff after check in."
