"It is an ok hotel, near the airport with not much around it. My stay was not good due to an interaction with a female front desk attendant May 14 @ 6 p.m. I had some questions about why my room was not cleaned. She was rude, disresectful and could not care less. Other hotel staff were fine but my experience with her soured my opinion of the hotel. Would not return there. "

"The property is not kept up and could be much cleaner. To open the room door there was a "trick" that the staff had to show me. The door was not aligned properly so to open it you have to pull on the door and then push it up. Also the shower nozzle was loose it was difficult to turn on the water and I was not able to turn it back off. Very disappointed. Will not stay here again"

"Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and larger than expected. The only downside was guest room doors slam shut very loudly, night and day. When built there wasn't enough soundproofing between floors. We were kept away until 3 in the morning with the sound of walking in the room above."

"The best part of this location is the proximity to the light rail. The breakfast was not very vegan friendly (waffles, sausage, potatoes, eggs, oatmeal, coffee). The shuttle was not available when I arrived at the airport at midnight, the front desk said I would need to take an uber or lyft. I guess the shuttle driver had left at 11. The interior of the property is showing some age. But the front desk folks were always kind and the listed amenities were all there."

"The horel was modern, clean and well maintained. I loved the attention to detail such as the greeting by name on the tv when i entered my room. I also liked the amenities such as the shower wand in the bathroom. The room was inpeccable, beautifuly decorated and very comfortable.
