"Enjoyed our stay clean hotel "

"Over all it was fine! In safe area and convient to things we were in town for. I can't complain about anything here "

"Did not have any housekeeper on staff to bring me an extra blanket and called front desk they put me on hold said they would come right back 20 minutes later no call back no answer back. Went down to get an extra blanket to the front desk. Breakfast was not well for the price at all."

"Great place to stay"

"You could see light on all 4 sides of the door when it was shut and dead bolted. We were put next to the dumpster and dog relief area and they pic up trash at 5:15 every morning. Our AC didn’t work the first night and when we asked about it they said don’t set it lower than 72, which is nuts!! The carpet was dingy with several stains. The mirror was so low I couldn’t see the top of my head and I’m only 5’6”. "

"NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS TO UPPER LEVEL ROOMS. HAD TO BE DOWN GRADED TO PET FRIENDLY ROOM, IT WAS OLD AND NOT AS CLEAN AS I'D EXPECT IT TO BE "

"Room was fine. We got the bigger suite and had enough room. Some furniture was new,others like the sofa were old and stained. Comforter on bed had a few black stains. Mattress was very comfortable. HVAC was fine. Breakfast was fine with plenty of options though breakfast area itself can get overly crowded. Pool area is fine but we missed having a hot tub. Patio area off pool is too small. It was quiet but we heard it can get noisy. Property outside and inside common areas were well maintained. Too expensive but that's Arizona this time of year! Plenty to do nearby, shopping, restaurants, and theaters are close. "

"The rooms were very clean and recently updated, the hallways and the back of the hotel ice machine, vending machines need updated. On entering the back door i was very disappointed until I entered my room. My room was exactly what I needed. "
