"The staff was great. We arrived late at night at the airport and our hotel pickup was great. Just called the hotel and they came and got us. The hotel is dated but clean and neat. Lobby staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was initially a disappointment because we were expecting more but the coffee was good and there were lots of energy bars, yogurt, and instant oatmeal packs so… no excuse to be hungry. The location is very close to the the city bus line which was easy to use… only one...

We had a room on the back and it was quiet. We were there for a short night before an early morning flight. The staff reserved a taxi for us for 5:30 am. The taxi did not arrive and the morning staff for since that they'd had problems with this taxi company. We had no problem getting a Lyft. The nighttime staff person thought maybe a taxi...

"I know Juneau can be pricey so I booked the most reasonable room at $280 plus tax. It was on the first floor, which truly isn’t the first floor. It’s almost like a half basement a bit below the ground level. My room was underneath the deck of the restaurant and was a little claustrophobic. So fine for one night, but not the most ideal aesthetically. Also, there’s not much they can do about it but the road outside could be a bit noisy. But the staff very nice."
