"Property was going through repairs. Lobby person seemed a little too engaged with staff members discussing the next days work schedule while we waited to be checked in. When she finally got around to checked us in, she assigned our room on the 3rd floor and directed us to park in back. She neglected to tell us that the back elevator was out, forcing us to have to lug all our luggage up two flights of stairs. There is another elevator near the lobby that we could have used but she didn’t seem...

"Hotel room was great, big, very quiet with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and quite big. Negatives, breakfast, turkey bacon... really. We asked to schedule a cab for the next day and was told to do it ourselves. Positives, Chick Fil A and Starbucks are in the hotel parking lot. We would stay here again."

"Rooms spacious, clean and in good condition. Breakfast area, bar area and other communal areas clean and in good condition. Laundry room and BBQ grills outside front of hotel are convenient. Plenty of parking around hotel. Chick fil A across road and liquor store within 5 minute walk. "This was one of the least comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. It felt more like a temporary spare bed than a proper hotel bed, and every movement from one person would immediately wake the other. As a result, we barely slept during our stay. The room was also quite noisy, making it even more difficult to get a good night’s rest. Given the level of comfort provided, the price was extremely difficult to justify. The rates seemed heavily inflated due to the World Cup, and the overall experience...

"Loved our stay at Beacon Suites. Our room was spacious and included real plates, flatware, and nespresso machine and mini dishwasher. Staff were helpful and responsive. Great proximity to Porter square T, supermarket, drugstore and good food."

"The property was under a bit of construction so it was not too clean and lobby got a bit cramped. The room is a bit on the small side for holiday inn express, shower hot/cold was swapped, shower water pressure too small. The AC auto is the same as lo fan setting causing it to blow cold air onto the bed the entire night. We had to cover it with a towel nightly to mitigate. Old towels removed, but no new towels provided if no room service. Just a bunch of small things making our stay not quite...
