"The staff at Madison Capital Executive Apartments were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was suitably clean and had all of the expected amenities for a mid-term stay.
Unfortunately, As I had booked the wheelchair accessible suit there were some accessibility issues during my stay beyond the control of staff, namely, the elevator was broken, which made it difficult and painful to access the wheelchair suite on the 3rd floor. Staff were helpful in getting me up the stairs, But having to ask for physical help to enter and leave the building was not ideal.
In addition, the grab rails surrounding the toilet do not meet NCC accessibility standards. The bars have been installed on the back wall for a side-mounted toilet, but the toilet is also mounted on the back wall, meaning the grab-rails do not line up with the toilet making transfers difficult.
The housekeeping staff had returned the moveable shower head to the highest position, out of reach from a wheelchair. Housekeeping staff had left all of the kitchen equipment ( Cups, Glasses, etc) in the lower cabinets which was accessible. However the counters and bench heights are standard, which meant using the counter tops from a wheelchair was difficult.
Access issues aside, Facilities were well worth the cost. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would book again"
