"Overpriced hostels,
it's alright overall, but their customers service is horrible, I ask them multiple time over multiple day for clean towels and I only got them on day 3, they do not clear our room regularly either, I upgraded to have coffee in my room and they keep forgetting to give us coffee and would mix decaf with regular cafe even after requesting no decaf, its full of young students everywhere and the room are ridiculously small ( even after I upgraded my room to more space which...

"Very nice hotel that I will be recommending to friends and family! The area is lovely and convenient to get into the city. The hotel staff went above and beyond for my girlfriend’s birthday. Also, the hotel offers a spa and lounge areas which turn a busy London into a peaceful space."

"I had a very frustrating experience with the front desk regarding my IHG membership. I booked through Expedia, and after speaking with both Expedia and IHG, both confirmed that the hotel should be able to add my IHG membership number to the reservation. However, the hotel staff were unpleasant, unhelpful, and unwilling to cooperate. They simply kept saying it was “not their policy” and that they could not make any updates to the reservation.
As a result, I lost IHG points for 2 rooms over 4...
