After a very long flight it was convenient to walk to The staff on reception were just ok, not really that friendly in my opinion Over £200 per night you'd expect bottle water to be the norm in all hotel rooms, but not here Very disappointed 😞

Thistle London Heathrow Terminal 5
Reliable hotel that we've used several times. Basic but well kept. Brilliant Pod system to terminal 5 means we return even when rooms are not very well equipped (no plug sockets near bed, small bathrooms). Always good value in terms of cost. Helpful friendly staff.
