This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. "Apartment was nice and tidy. There was missing some dishes, like glasses. There was no elevator and our apartment was in third floor. One of our guests was in wheelchair, but fortunately was abble to use walking sticks in stairs, but it was a bit hard. Overall I give 4/5 stars."

"They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. "Had a 5 night stay in these apartments for a work trip. A few colleagues have stayed here before and recommended them. On arrival the staff were really helpful and that continued through the week. The apartment itself was clean and was a decent size. The bed was really comfortable, I was very impressed with that. My only gripe is that the blinds in the bedroom were completely hopeless. "Amazing apartments and we stay here every year. Everything you need is provided, and more! Very comfortable, clean, and great decor. Only qualm this year was we couldn’t regulate the temperature in one of the showers (was far too hot). Other than that it is perfect and already booked again for next year. "
