"I can't say enough about my stay here. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a front staff employee with an amazing personality and smile. She was very helpful explained where everything was and gave maps and handouts for all the fun things to do in the area. Housekeeping staff, kitchen staff and pool staff were very friendly as well, passing by them in the hall, in the breakfast and pool area they also greeted us with a smile and hello. Also, our room keys were shut off twice during our stay, requiring us to go to the desk to get new keys to get into our room. "Hello, As a travel agent bringing my clients and friends for an overnight stay for a wedding we were attending, it was altogether disappointing. Allow me to explain the many reasons why. We arrived on schedule and tried to check in at 3 pm, we were told there were NO rooms available. We were told we could change in the lobby bathroom.
