"Very nice location, close to everything (10-15 minutes walk), charming property in a charming neighbourhood, a little ageing, but clean. Staff very friendly and helpful (we arrived in advance and they were kind enough to let us check in), parking limited, but city parking right across the street (free in the evening and on week-end). Breakfast was decent (but I think in that price range they should not charge for some choices). All in all, we had a nice stay. Recommended. "

"Old world charm with modern updates. It’s very stylish and comfortable. The free bottled water in the lobby came in handy for those hot summer days. And the breakfast had lots of choices. My favorite being the croissant breakfast sandwich. The neighbourhood is filled with Victorian homes and stunning gardens and is oh so quiet. Short walks to the university, restaurants and the lake. I highly recommend the Rosemount Inn."

"The listing is extremely misleading, it is the st Lawrence college dorm rooms. It was super dirty, beds were 2 inches of bad foam over springs digging into your body. Carpet was dirty, tiny shower with no amenities. We ended up leaving within 5 mins and finding another hotel last minute. The staff was nice and gave us the number ti call for a refund. Important to note that the pics in the listing is wrong, you’re staying in a college dorm rooms on terrible beds. 0/10"
