"The hotel was located in an excellent location, close to transport links. Lacks tea and coffee making facilities, this would have made our stay easier rather than to keep purchasing expensive takeaway drinks. The rooms were also extremely hot due to the outside temperature being over 30 degrees. ..."

"Had to move rooms which was inconvenient; booked 2 nights, was not able to change booking after I booked the first night. Had to do a separate booking and they insisted that I move rooms. Did not make sense (since they had to clean twice) but what do I know."
